For the fourth consecutive year, Taiwan has been excluded from the U.S. Trade Representative?s Special 301 Watch List, a sign that the nation?s efforts to protect intellectual property rights have received international recognition. Thirteen nations, including mainland China, were placed on this year?s list released April 30.
